**Cancellations made 48+ hours before your ride:** Full refund.

**Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your ride:** 50% refund.

**Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your ride:** No refund.

**Weather cancellations initiated by Zipline Maldives:** Full refund or free reschedule.

**No-shows:** No refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
