You can request deletion of personal information associated with your Zipline Maldives booking or WhatsApp conversation by emailing sales@zipline.mv.
Include the following in your request:
We will verify the request and respond using the contact details associated with the booking. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal information from our active systems.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, payment, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. We will explain any information that cannot be deleted immediately.
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law.
